PostSubject: Old Village Casa   Tue Mar 22, 2011 6:57 am

I regularly have details sent to me by Greenacres and Kyero regarding properties available on main land Spain.

Today I had a lovely little semi-detached house at a very reasonable price sent to me. Ok it needed a bathroom and needed some tlc and modernising but the roof was sound and it had a small amount of outside space.

Boy do I get tempted when I see these little old houses that need a bit of care to bring them back into the 20th - oops 21st - century.

The only thing that stops me is the fact that I'm not as fit or as young as I think I am, nor do I have the money
