PostSubject: Learning Spanish   Learning Spanish I_icon_minitimeTue Jul 19, 2011 6:15 am

Well today my friend wanted another lesson in Spanish so at lunch time we sat down to have a bit of fun learning the language together.

Now I'm no expert but I have been learning it for a number of years and today I decided to go a step further with her.

I decided that for today's lesson we would focus on verbs Learning Spanish 949281

So instead of our normal reading the written Spanish word I made her concentrate on how to construct sentences using the verb in its correct context!

Really that was as much for me as it was for her because you tend to get a bit complacent after a while and use the words that you know very well without pushing yourself too much.

Surprisingly enough we both enjoyed stretching our brain cells a bit and she definitely wants to carry on again next week in the same way. She has now learnt how to say phrases in the past instead of just sticking to the present. It was hard going but fun.
