Anna Nicholas

Well I'm working my way through the fourth book in the series by Anna Nicholas. The first book A Lizard in My Luggage I enjoyed immensely and I have been following her life portrayed in these books as she attempts to give up her PR company in Mayfair and to start up her cattery in Sóller.

This fourth book Donkeys on My Doorstep leads me once again into her world in rural Mallorca and helps me to come to grips with some of the Mallorquian language but as she says poc o poc.

Thoroughly enjoyable series of books with great humour. May she continue to let us into her life as she slowly realises her dream.
