Ginger

Well carrying on from my previous post re arthritis in the neck. I've discovered that ginger is brilliant for stopping the terrible headaches.

At a loss of what to do at work today I decided to give my normal brew of tea a miss and try one of the herbal ones in the cupboard. I opted for the lemon & ginger because I remember that in herbal cures you always fight like with like. So bearing in mind that the headaches are caused by the inflammation (hot) I decided to try the ginger (hot) as a remedy.

Wow within minutes the headaches had calmed.

So until this flare up is passed I will be drinking loads of ginger!

Anyone got any recipes that include ginger?
