Property Prices

Well I've been spending my lunch hour doing what I enjoy most and that is looking at properties in Spain.

Now I know that it must be awful during the recession to watch the price of your property plummet but I have to admit to seeing a lot of more affordable properties up for sale.

I get a regular email with property listings from Kyero.com with my chosen area and it is astonishing to see that some prices have dropped by 20,000 Euros or more!

Another email that is sent to me is from Greenacres.com although they don't tend to have quite as many properties.

My saved searches are in the south around the villages inland. Another favourite but far away near the Portugal border is Extremadura.

Our friends live in Mallorca but that is totally out of our price range at the moment.

However, I am watching, waiting and saving and one of these days I will get my place in the sun.
