So how do you get the normal utilities connected when you purchase a house in Spain?

According to what I have read you have to show copies of previous utility bills, but what if you don't have any?

It is the little things that you don't think of while you imagine your life in another country. Some of the questions that I need answered are:

• Do you need to register with a doctor
  Do you need to register with a dentist
  How do you get the phone connected
  How do you get broadband
  How do you get Sky satellite
