Some discotheque owners have found a new source of income by charging 1€ for the ink stamp to be placed on the wrist of anyone wanting to go out on the street for a cigarette.
The club owners have noted that there is a drop in income for their clubs due to the increase in street drinking parties - and no wonder!
Seems to me that the smokers should walk with their feet and boycott these clubs.
