Well time certainly flies! There are only 8 weeks until we return to Mallorca and I can hardly wait.

The most annoying part of working full time is that you are restricted to the amount of breaks you can take each year. Two weeks in the summer in Spain, one week in France at Easter, and the remainder taken as long weekends.

I have been keeping check of the weather in Mallorca at the moment and I have to admit that it certainly beats the UK weather at the moment.

Twenty five years of returning to Mallorca has never dulled the feeling of being 'at home' and as we drive there the excitement builds as we travel through France and near the Spanish border. Crossing over at the border is one of those 'at last' moments and after our ferry trip from Barcelona we wake up bright and early as the ship docks at Palma.

Back home - roll on the next 8 weeks.
